With a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Interaction Design and a masters in Media Design, his experience in multiple design fields and industries drives the team's design process that consistently gets results.

As the leader of Business Operations for OM, Greg mostly works behind the scenes helping to create scalable systems and processes that enable the team to focus on solving their client’s challenges. His career experience stretches across functions (finance, planning and operations) and large corporations (Lockheed Martin and CHEP) where he has found his passion for using data to simplify and solve problems that achieve results. When he isn’t working, he’s outside running, biking or swimming.

Vladimir has over 15 years of experience as a digital marketer, strategist, and growth manager. He’s most passionate about collaborating on customer journey funnels and leading teams from planning to execution, which led him to earn his PMP (Project Management Professional) certification in 2018. He also loves to geek out on comics and sci-fi movies.

Shelbë has a background in digital arts and marketing which gives her work a creative edge and closes the gaps between art and business. As Growth Marketing Manager, Shelbë works closely with clients in varying industries to develop and implement marketing strategies that are tailored to their unique needs.

With over 20+ years of web development experience, Caleb prides himself on being completely self-taught in an effort to meet client needs and challenges. Starting with HTML and tables, to PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript (jQuery and AJAX) and latching on to custom WordPress theme and plugin development. He's always looking to give clients more power and control, of their website while never sacrificing a great experience for their visitors.

JP, a Web Developer, has more than 6 years of experience in design and development. He has a strong knowledge in WordPress custom development (plugins and themes) and front-end design frameworks. He prides himself on his ability to learn new concepts quickly and communicate ideas effectively. He’s an excellent team player with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Danny is a creative UX/UI Designer, with a strong background in Graphic Design. His passion for design is always encouraging him to grow and think outside the box. Curiosity coupled with a love for research continues to spark opportunities for creative problem solving.

Trenton is new to the field of marketing, but coming from the customer service industry, has nearly a decade of experience in putting the client first and working to get the best result possible. Diligent, inquisitive and detail-oriented, Trenton is always looking to improve himself and the project at hand. He is meticulous and will never hesitate to ask, “What can we be doing better?”

Demetrius is a graphic designer with a long-time passion for design. He is always looking to learn more and challenge his abilities. He’s always exploring new ways to improve his work in order to create the best product possible for our clients.

Loc is someone who turns complex data into simple, actionable insights. With years of experience managing multi-million dollar ad campaigns across multiple agencies and industries, he’s your go-to for results-driven PPC strategies and dad jokes. Outside work, Loc can be found perfecting his golf swing, exploring nature, or browsing comics with iced coffee in hand. And yes, his Husky and Border Collie are part of the package.
